We will work with you to find out what your explicit needs are and deliver solutions to suit.
On behalf of Telstra I would like to thank you for your presentation to our Queensland Team Managers. Your enthusiasm, presentation style and content of your presentation were enjoyed by all who attended. As you’re aware, our company is at the halfway mark of a major transformation in both networks and IT infrastructure. We appreciated your commentary and actions on the issues. Once again, thanks.

Training your employees
Jigsaw delivers interactive training in the workplace at times that best suit you. The training ranges from one-on-one sessions to small group workshops depending on the needs and preferences of your organisation and your staff.
The formal training sessions are for two hours per month. Jigsaw prides itself on providing quality on-going support, assistance and mentoring between each formal training session via our team of Jigsaw Trainers who are experienced in their fields.
Jigsaw bases its training delivery on completing one unit per month. This means that for example, a Certificate IV qualification could be completed over an average 6-12 month period. This timeframe is flexible depending on the individual and the qualification being undertaken.
Training is delivered in your workplace thus eliminating the time employees need to spend away from the workplace.
Jigsaw acknowledges the needs, objectives and goals of individuals and organisation can change during the life of a training program and therefore builds in the flexibility to revise training plans as required.
Upon successful completion of a qualification, your staff will be issued with a nationally recognised qualification.
Benefits of training
Staying competitive is the key to sustainability. Training your staff, keeping them motivated and up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies is essential to achieving that goal. Your employees benefit as well, learning new skills and becoming a valued asset in any organisation.
