Certificate II in Tourism (Operations)

This qualification is designed to reflect the role of individuals who work in the tourism industry under supervision. Content areas covered include: work with colleagues and customers; work in a socially diverse environment; follow health, safety and security procedures.

For those located in South East Queensland, the course includes an annual pass to either Dreamworld or Seaworld to allow for experiential learning of the tourism industry. On-site experience will form a large part of this qualification.

Certificate III in Tourism (Operations)

Designed to reflect the role of individuals who work in the tourism industry who perform a range of tasks in a tourism environment. This qualification is flexible and is designed to meet tourism industry and participant needs.

For those located in South East Queensland, the course includes an annual pass to either Dreamworld or Seaworld to allow for experiential learning of the tourism industry. On-site experience will form a large part of this qualification.

Certificate III in Hospitality Operations

This qualification is designed to reflect the role of hospitality employees who perform a range of skilled operations with a minimum level of supervision. This course includes practical skills training in food and beverage service, housekeeping and front office operations. This course also includes RSA and Food safety Supervisor Certificate.
