Executive coaching solutions
What's important to you and how to make it happen
Executive Coaching is an investment in you, your future and the philosophy that the way to get ahead is to work on yourself as much (or more) than your job.
By helping increase motivation, commitment and drive, Coaching is similar to having a personal trainer. Just like in the sporting arena, as a coach we are there to help you identify the goals most important to you and how to go about what needs to be done to achieve them.
Using modern coaching techniques we will encourage you to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and achieve the things in life and business you’ve dreamed of.
While our Executive Coaching sessions are tailored to each individual, we normally start by examining with you, where you are at in your career, where you want to be and what choices are available to you to bridge the gap. In certain situations we will use psychometric testing and personality profiling to help you better understand yourself and how others see you.
Our Executive Coaches offer a non-threatening environment to assist you to challenge your own beliefs and choices and set strategies to achieve the outcomes you truly desire.
Coaching can often act as a powerful catalyst for positive change in any of the following areas:
- leadership skills
- developing a strategic vision
- goal setting and fulfillment
- personal and business strategies
- career planning
- starting a new business venture
- development opportunities
- work/life balance and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
- enhancing management skills and outcomes
- interpersonal and communication skills
"As an Australian working overseas, I can't emphasise enough how important it is to have someone on your team to help keep you focused on your career goals and what's needed to make them come to life. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the team at Jigsaw, and fully recommend the coaching techniques they use."

How does it work?
Either in person, over the phone (if practicable) or via Skype, Executive Coaching can be arranged directly by the client or by the organisation they work for. We work with the client to ascertain their expectations from the sessions and how to best achieve a positive outcome.
