Brendon Hulcombe

Brendon Hulcombe has over 10 years' experience in the corporate sector and is CEO of Herron Todd White - an award winning national property valuation and advisory firm with over 600 people across all states and territories in Australia.
A 2007 Australian Financial Review (AFR) Boss Magazine Young Executive of the Year, and winner of the Australian Property Institute "Excellence in Property" award, Brendon is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, a Commissioner of Declarations and has received the Australian Defence Medal.
Brendon holds a Master of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts.
Previously Brendon was the Orchestra Manager of the Australian Chamber Orchestra, described by The London Times as "the best chamber orchestra on earth".
Brendon is a member of The Fred Hollows Foundation fundraising committee in QLD. Brendon is married with two young children.
Director and National Training Manager
Glen Cheffers

A scholarship winner of the Australian Institute of Management, Glen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing), a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) from Monash University, a Diploma of Business and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA).
Through several years in the training sector, Glen has developed extensive operational management experience across all areas within a Registered Training Organisation and has been a key driver in building Jigsaw Training Academy.
Previously in Victoria, Glen developed corporate experience managing at senior level by successfully undertaking a range of positions including Community Housing Manager and Regional Housing Manager with the Department of Human Services. In these positions, he was instrumental in implementing key public housing initiatives and projects including the relocation and redevelopment of the $1.4m Youth Residential Facility that accommodates homeless youth in the Gippsland Region.
Glen has a real passion to make a genuine difference in people’s lives and is an outstanding role model for many.
Glen is married with 2 children.
Compliance Manager
Lisa Morgan
Having worked previously for two other Registered Training Organisations, Lisa Morgan brings a wealth of operational experience to the role of Compliance Manager to Jigsaw Training Academy.
With a qualification in Certificate III in Finance & Administration, Lisa has 6 years previous experience in a number of administration and management roles with two previous Queensland Registered Training Organisations within the Horticulture training sector.
Lisa is very passionate about the training industry and focuses on professionalism ensuring excellence and quality within her position.
Lisa also enjoys listening to music, reading and relaxing with friends and family. She also has 3 young children.
Coaching Manager
Pat Stewart
Pat has 15 years experience designing and delivering learning programs, specifically in strategic workshops, leadership and management development programs, manager as coach programs, and customer service training to maximise business performance at all levels.
Pat has previously worked in a number of senior management positions in large companies in the UK. Since moving to Australia 9 years ago Pat has partnered with many clients including, MBF, QBE Coca Cola Amatil, News Ltd, Boral, Carat, FXA, Energex and Sita.
Pat's experience in operational management, combined with an MBA and a range of accreditations in the Human Resources field, gives her a strong understanding of the complexity of corporate organisations enabling her to bring theories and business models to life in a practical and exciting way.
Area Director - Cairns region
Christopher Parker
Christopher was born in Adelaide but grew up in England where he managed several successful restaurants and hotels. He has worked in management positions aboard the QE2 as well as other luxury cruise ships. In 1996 he returned to Australia and began a 12 year career as the Cruise Director on board the Captain Cook Cruises M.V. Reef Endeavour.
Christopher is now using his skills as a trainer, sharing his knowledge and experience in tourism, hospitality, retail and business as well as first aid.
Recognising his skills and knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, Christopher is endorsed as a registered trainer with the Australian Hospitality Review Panel and also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104).
As an Area Director with Jigsaw, Christopher enjoys building Jigsaw Training Academy in the Cairns region by way of meeting and exceeding clients expectations.
Christopher is currently studying a Diploma of Professional Counselling and a Certificate IV as an Emergency Medical Technician (E.M.T.) and enjoys local politics, sport, photography, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
